To ensure a smooth and fast enrollment process, please have the following information ready for our administration team during your visit or after your tour:
Notice of Action (NOA) / Approval Letter: This is the most important document. It confirms your eligibility, the authorized hours of care (Full-Time or Part-Time), and your start date.
Parent Agreement & Provider Form: Most agencies require the provider (Spring Project L.A.) to sign an agreement. Please bring the digital or physical packet provided by your Case Specialist.
Case Specialist Contact Information: We will need the name, email, and phone number of your assigned worker at Pathways L.A., Crystal Stairs, or your specific agency to coordinate the contract.
Co-Payment Information: If your agency requires a family co-payment (Family Fee), please note that this is paid directly to the agency or the provider, depending on your specific contract..
💡 Pro-Tip: We recommend contacting your Case Specialist as soon as you choose Spring Project L.A. to request a 'Change of Provider' form. This helps avoid gaps in coverage and ensures your child can start their dual-immersion journey immediately!
A Note on Subsidy Coverage:
While Spring Project L.A. proudly accepts vouchers from agencies such as Pathways L.A. and Crystal Stairs, please be advised of the following policy regarding fees and rate differences:"
Rate Differentials: Spring Project L.A. sets its tuition rates to ensure the highest quality of dual-immersion education. If the maximum reimbursement rate authorized by your agency is lower than our standard tuition, the parent/guardian is responsible for paying the difference (overage) to meet the full tuition amount.
Family Fees / Co-payments: Any "Family Fee" determined by your agency is a mandatory payment. Depending on your agency’s protocol, this must be paid on time to maintain your child’s enrollment.
Non-Covered Fees: Most subsidy programs do not cover optional services such as the Spring Fuel Program (Meal Plan), late pick-up fees, or specific registration/admin fees. These costs remain the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Attendance Records: Parents are responsible for accurately signing and confirming daily attendance as required by the agency. Failure to complete these records may result in the agency denying payment, in which case the parent will be billed the full private rate for those days.
