Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is a "Dual-Immersion Play-Based" program? It’s the best of both worlds! "Dual-immersion" means your child is exposed to two languages naturally during their daily routine (spanish and english). "Play-based" means we use play—the natural language of children—as the primary tool for learning, social development, and problem-solving.
What ages do you accept? We welcome little explorers from 8 months to 5 years old. Our programs are tailored to the specific developmental milestones of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
3. What are your hours of operation?
Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After-School: 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How do I join the waitlist? The first step is to Book a Tour. After your visit, you can complete the application form and pay a non-refundable $10 fee to secure your spot on our waitlist. We will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
Is there a minimum commitment? Yes, to ensure stability for the children and our community, we require a one-academic year financial contract (ending each July).
Do you offer any discounts? Yes! If you choose to make a single monthly payment (instead of divided payments), you receive a $50 discount every month for the duration of your contract.
Do you accept Child Care Subsidies or Vouchers? Yes! We are proud to support our community by accepting vouchers and subsidized payments from Pathways L.A., Crystal Stairs, and other Resource and Referral (R&R) agencies within Los Angeles County. We believe every child deserves a high-quality education, and we are happy to work with these programs to make our preschool accessible to your family.
How does the process work with agencies like Pathways L.A.? Once you are approved by the agency, we will coordinate the necessary paperwork (Provider Agreement) to start the enrollment. Please mention your voucher status during your in person Tour so we can expedite the process.
Tell me more about the Spring Fuel Program. Our meal program provides organic, balanced, and kid-friendly nutrition for just $25 per week. It includes 1 or 2 snacks and a main meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) depending on your child’s schedule. We handle the prep so you can have stress-free mornings!
My child has allergies. Is your facility safe? Absolutely. We are a Nut-Aware Zone. We take food safety seriously and have strict protocols for dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian needs. Please disclose all allergies during enrollment so we can create a personalized safety plan for your child.
What should my child bring every day? Once enrolled, you will receive an Enrollment Packet with a detailed checklist. Generally, children need a change of clothes, any specific personal care items (like diapers/wipes for infants), and a reusable water bottle.
Can I visit my child during the day? To maintain a focused and safe learning environment, we require all visits to be scheduled in advance. However, we maintain open communication with parents throughout the day.
